Specially designed tours to fit every runner's needs
You have seen Prague, maybe you have even taken part in a marathon or in any of the other many road races organized annually, but now you would like to see what the Czech Republic really has to offer? Here is your chance to experience the Czech Republic on the run. Depending on your tour of interest you will see everything from castles to beautiful lakes or the vast variety of Moravian vineyards and all of this without having to worry about anything but your stride and the beauty of running.
We will transport all of your luggage and personal belongings from one location to the other.
Run South Bohemia
The currently offered tour will take you to the beautiful region of South Bohemia. The region borders (from the west clockwise) to the regions Plzeň, Central Bohemia, Vysocina and South Moravia while to the south it borderswith Austria and Germany. South Bohemia is famous for its countless ponds and the Bohemian Forest, therefore making it a popular hiking holiday destination.
In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible we have only picked the best hotels in the area where we will make sure that you are well and rested, ready for another day of exercise. Food, entertainment and wellness are of course just as important a factor when creating the perfect holiday and therefore prepare to get spoiled.

Pace:
This is not a race, the pace is going to be easy and comfortable so that we reach our destination in a timely manner but so that people are not completely burnt out upon arrival.

Prerequisites
This is a challenging run and therefore it is important that people don’t underestimate the importance of a good preparation. Every attending runner should be comfortable in running 10km in 60 minutes, a half marathon in 2h 15 minutes or a marathon in 4h 45 minutes. There will be several rest stops along the way, where you will have time for a quick drink or in the case of the long runs even for a small lunch but one’s general fitness has to be good.
Preparation
In order to be ideally prepared for the run every participant should begin to train several months in advance. Two weeks prior to the attendance of the camp every runner should reach an average of about 80km per week, with the longest run being between 25 km – 30 km. Additionally one should have at least once have tried to run three longer runs on three consecutive days. Two weeks prior to your arrival to the camp you should slowly begin to taper down, as to arrive full of energy and ready to go. Meals
This is a full board trip and hence all meals are included. Breakfasts and Dinners will be always served at one of our hotels, while lunch will be usually served during or after the run.
Rest and Recovery
Each of the hotels we picked has a well-equipped wellness area which will be to your disposal each day. Depending on the hotel different wellness procedures or activities can be used by each of the participants making sure that your sore legs get exactly what they need.
Additionally, Wednesdays run will only be a short one and you can then either use to the afternoon to just hang out and relax or we will offer you the possibility to go and visit the famous Budvar brewery in Budejovice for a small tour and some beer tasting.
Transport
Transport from Prague and back is included in the price and the exact time of departure will be mailed to you upon receiving your application. Additionally, included are also all transports made during the week including the one to the Budvar brewery on Wednesday if you choose to take part in the tour.
Max Group size
The maximum group size is 14 people plus 2 coaches.
Baggage
All of your baggage will be transported from hotel to hotel and therefore you might only need a small pack to carry extra drinks and gel packs if you use them.
Insurance
Every runner will need regular travel insurance valid in the EU (or Czech Republic only) but also some sports insurance covering medical, legal and liability costs to any injuries sustained during the sport activities.
Accommodation
Each of our hotels which we will have you accommodated in is equipped with everything you need in order to relax and unwind. Yes, all of the hotels we have selected have a wellness area which you will have access to. Massages, Jacuzzi time, Swimming pool depending on the hotel each of them has something special to offer. Don’t worry you we will make sure that you feel like a new born over and over again.
